$300 for up to 3 Bedrooms.
$400 for up to 4 Bedrooms.
$500 for up to 5 Bedrooms.
Etc.
Decking
For any larger decking $50 per hour on top.
Driveways and concrete
For any concrete $50 an hour on top of the house wash fee.
